Fabulous Gourmet Patisserie is owned and operated by Sarah Downey in Barrie, Ontario.  Fabulous Gourmet makes a variety of sweet treats including pies, cakes, tarts, cupcakes, cookies, bars, pastries, petit fours and wedding cakes with local, seansonal ingredients.  Organic, trans-fat free, vegan, dairy or egg free baking are available upon request.
